Was blowed I changed it and now it will start but now I have no dashboard lights or break lights and my front lights my right side works but that's all but I can put on my hazard lights and they work also I have no turn signals

Check all fuses inside car and tail light relay. Then have it scanned by a pro becaue you may have damaged the body ecu.
