Oil pump over pressure

Oil pump pressure pushes front seal out. Just did a timing chain change out and put new oil pump. PVC system is functioning properly and tried even different brand of seal. Three times and still pushing out seal.

When you say, front seal, you mean the crank seal as shown below, correct?

If this is the case, then we need to do two things. First we need to check the actual oil pressure and find out what it is as I suspect it is not the oil pressure that is causing this. You engine is rated up to 70 PSI so it can handle quite a bit of pressure from the oil system. Clearly it is not meant to run at 70 PSI but we need to find out what it actually is.

I attached the process below on how to check the pressure as well.

I suspect we have excessive blow by causing excess pressure in the crankcase which means we need to check the compression on each cylinder and find out what it is after we see if the oil pressure is correct. However, if the oil pressure is high then clearly that is the issue.
