When accelerating uphill oil shoots up on the side of the car?

The car listed above is the Brougham model. I seem to have a problem that every time I accelerate up a hill for example when I go to work oil shoots up the side of my car, I'm thinking that is the dipstick. Gotten the dipstick put me just looking and still having the same problem what else could it be.

It sounds like the PCV valve needs to be replaced, here is the location of the valve so you can check it out. The valve should rattle, this valve relieves the crankcase pressure. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
