I have oil in my coolant, however, there is no coolant mixed with the oil. When you start the vehicle it pushes coolant out of the radiator cap opening but it is not over heating. I preformed the Block Tester with the test fluid and it did turn yellow. I am just making sure it is a failed head gasket and not something else.

Any help will be appreciated.

Good afternoon,

You definitely have a failed head gasket with the pressure in the surge tank as you described.

As far as the oil, that can also come from the head gasket. I would suggest having the block checked to be sure there is no damage to the block from the failed head gasket.
