I am going to overhaul the engine of my vehicle listed above. So I am looking for the best choice of oil. I was using 20W-50, would you recommend a good choice? (I live in a warm place near the sea, with temperatures of 70°F to 100°F)

Good morning.

No, 20-50 is not a good choice for any engine with no miles. High mileage engines I would suggest but not new.

The recommended oil is 5-30.

Roy

Engine oil, Mopar Flexible Fuel Oil, SAE 5W-30, or equivalent

Note: Engine oil must meet Chrysler standard MS-9214 for use in flexible fuel vehicles.

Thank you very much for your answer. May I ask you one more question? Do you consider a good choice the use of full synthetic oil?

Yes, I recommend it. Good oil and it will make the engine last longer. It will also extend your oil change intervals as well.
