My wife's van is running nice, now is due for an oil change. Should I stay with 10-30 or should I start with the 100,000 miles plus oil? Thanks

Always stay with the factory recommended viscosity. It is not like the old days when thick oil had a benefit. Nowadays it can destroy your engine.

I guess you need to be clearer on what you are asking.

You asked,
should I stay with 10-30 or should I start with the 100,000 miles plus oil?

I took that to mean you wanted to use heavier oil.

Sorry, I was not so clear with my details. They also have a high miles 75,000 plus 10-30 made by GTX.

That would be fine but not necessary. It would have minimal benefit.
