What does STOP oil pressure stop motor mean with oil light blinking but oil on the dipstick mean? Its also making a slight ticking noise. We just replaced the engine with a engine out the junkyard and oilpan.

The oil pressure may be dangeriously low, test this with a mechanical gauge first.
