Vehicles oil light comes on. Oil is full. Rattles bad but does not sound like lifters. Have video to describe.

First, if the light is on and there is engine noise (lifters or not), it is a concern. What I suggest is to rent a mechanical oil pressure gauge from a parts store. It will install where the electric one is presently located. Check oil pressure using that gauge to determine if there is a problem with pressure or the oil pressure switch.
If the pressure is low, then it is time to start taking things apart to determine where the noise is coming from, what is worn or plugged and so on.
Also, if you could up load the audio, it may help. It did not attach.
