Odometer, temperature gauge, fuel gauge, turn signal indicators not working and ABS and brake lights on

At first I thought my clock was not working until I tested with three new (used) clocks which acted the same way which had me suspecting it might not be the clock after all maybe. I had my ABS sensors checked and they were all fine. No other sensors related to either of the gauges were noted to have failed. The fuses were all checked and nothing. It's been a month now and I'm starting to give up. Kindly help.

It sounds like you have a couple possible issues. I would suggest starting with checking for codes.

Once we know what codes are there, we will have a better idea what the issues are. We don't have a manual on this vehicle so we won't be able to provide specific information on it but the ABS issues are pretty standard that we should be able to at least figure out next steps.

Normally with the ABS and brake light on it is a speed sensor. Here is a guide that will help with this just to be sure this is how you tested them:
