My 2010 V6 Mustang occasionally stalls at low speeds and when stopped in traffic.

The first occurrence triggered a Ho2s DTC Code, replaced that with a new denso sensor but the issue persisted.

The second occurrence was at a drive thru the car stalled multiple times I had to rev it and throw it into drive to get it moving it was driving in limp mode and gave a P0401 DTC Code for the EGR

I Cleaned the mass air flow, DPFE, and throttle body it improved but remained persistent again.

Since then I've replaced the spark plugs for new motorcraft plugs and it improved again slightly.

Any trouble shooting recommendations, the p0401 didnt come back after resetting and cleaning the MAF and Throttle Body as well as the DPFE sensor.

But if its a suspect I can also replace or clean it.

To me is sounds like you have a vacuum leak, I would check the PCV line which failures are common. Here is a video to help you check for leaks.

Also, here is a guide to go over as well

If the EGR valve is leaking it will cause this issue as well, here is a video to help test it.

Clear the codes once everything has been repaired, checked and let me know what happens. Ken
