OBD2 Port not working?

OBD2 Port isn't working. Scanners won't connect, Which fuse do I check?

Hi,

The data link connector (DLC) is powered by the HVAC control/ignition fuse in the body control module.

I attached three pics below. Pic 1 indicates the connectors to check:

Pin16 for battery power

Pins 4 and 5 for ground.

Pic 2 is the schematic to the connector

Pic 3 shows the fuse location.

When you check the fuse, make sure there is power to and from it. Note: It should have power at all times.
