I can't figure out which fuse my OBD port is connected to. I've looked for a cigarette lighter fuse and every other fuse that I could even think of. Actually, I checked every 10 and 15 amp fuses but still can't seem to get my scanner to read the codes. About to check with a voltmeter to see if it's getting power but I'm sure it's not considering when I plug my scanner in I get nothing.

Hello, are you getting a no communication message on the scan tool, or is it just not powering up? Also does your check engine light come on when you turn the key to the on/run position? It should last for a few seconds.

It wasn't getting power, but I did some more research and found out it was location 53 under the hood's fuse box. It was blown so changed it and now it is reading.

Okay, here is the power feed for the Data link connector, if the fuse was blown, I would be sure that nothing fell into the Accessory Power outlet, which is usually the cause on GM's when pin 16 doesn't have power.
