The OBD port is getting no power. The fuse for the cigarette lighters is still good.

Good afternoon.

The DLC is powered by its own fuse in the inside fuse block in the car. Check for the fuse block on the end of the dash when you open the door. You have to pull off a cover.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view on what it says for the fuse.

What concerns me is why it failed. Fuses blow for a reason. If you do not find the reason it will continue to fail.

Did you use a test light and verify power to fuses and power on both sides of the fuses?

The fuse is not under the hood it is in the interior fuse block as listed.

Did you verify power on all the fuses on both sides?

I changed the cigarette lighter fuse under the hood, but I do not have the DLC fuse on the diagram.

Again, the cigarette lighter fuse is not the fuse.

It is the OnStar fuse in the interior fuse block as indicated in the diagram.

If you have power on both sides then you have a wiring issue between the fuse block and the DLC.
