OBD port is not functioning, check engine light came on and went to go pull code and nothing is reading.

Overhead lights non functioning along with all locks will not work with key, the list seems endless.

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros.

As a first step check the fuse 17 10A which is located at passenger side (picture 4), supplies voltage to data link connector and too many other components (check picture 1 and picture 2).
Check fuses(check picture 3).

A blade type fuse test taps provided to allow checking the fuse itself without removing if from the fuse box. The fuse is good if the test lamp lights up when one lead is connected to the test taps (one at a time) and the other lead is grounded. (Turn the ignition switch so that the fuse circuit becomes operative.)
Let us known what happens with you, if OBD port reads the scanner please sends us the fault codes.
Thank you
