I took my car to O'Reilly's to get a diagnostic done to find out why my check engine light was on. When they tried to check it they could not get a reading from the port. Do you have any idea what is going on?

Good afternoon.

They need to check if they have the power to pin 16 on the connector.

If they do then they need to check the serial data line for 60 ohms resistance. In between 6 and 14.
