OBD fuse location needed

OBDII has no power where does one find the fuse for it?

Hi,

The power for the DLC comes from the smart junction box. It is located in the vehicle, behind the passenger side kick panel. See pic 1.

As far as the fuse, pics 2 and 3 show the legend and fuse location.

When checking the fuse, it is important to check that power is available to it. Here is a link you may find helpful:
