Does the O2 sensor go before or after the catalytic converter?

Hi,

Wow, I can't believe how difficult it is to find a pic of the sensor/exhaust. The only pic I was able to find shows it right after the Y pipe. See pic below.

Let me know if that helps. Also, there should be a location present on the exhaust. Are you replacing the exhaust system?
