My number two cylinder is not firing. I have checked the wiring and coil pack with an ohm meter. All is good. I replaced the coil pack wiring harness, new plugs, new injectors as well. I pulled the plug and it gets spark. Also, it was wet.
Things I have done;
swapped coil packs, swapped plugs, replaced wire harness, ohm check all coil packs and wire harness and ignitor pack.

What was the plug wet with? Gas or coolant? Run a compression test and see what you have in all four. If they look good pull the valve cover and make sure they are okay, could be a flat lobe causing an issue.

Oh and thanks for your service.

Gas, I also have a new metal 1.2 mm gasket installed. There is no water in the oil, already checked that first.

One item that might be worth checking. You said new injectors. If you have access to an O-scope you could look at the waveform of another on vehicle injector and compare it to the one on number two. I am wondering if maybe the injector driver has a problem and is dumping extra fuel.
