Started yesterday, has an aftermarket A/V head unit that may be causing some issues such as current draw. Even with a jump doesn't want to turn over. Lights/gauges/stereo all works.

Just to be sure, when you say it doesn't turn over, that means it doesn't crank when you turn the key? In other words, the engine does nothing when you turn the key to start?

Maybe get a video of what it is doing just so we are on the same page. The reason is, many people say it doesn't turn over and they mean it doesn't start. While others not turn over means the engine does crank.

The second of the two is the proper use of the term "turn over."

Excuse me, I meant to say it cranks but doesn't start. Sorry for the confusion. I checked the starter with a multi-meter just in case, and it was all good. I checked the crank position sensor and it was all good. Finally I pulled the plugs and they seemed to be submerged in gas.

I think my girlfriend might have gone a little heavy on the gas pedal when I asked her to try revving the engine to initially get it going.

Once I got the plugs dried off and back in it started right up.

Still having a parasitic electrical issue, but that's a different story.

Okay. That is great info. A flooded engine is one of the trickiest because a lot don't pull the plugs. Good find.

Here is a link to get a new post started for the battery issue if you need some help. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.
