Recently it flooded and it has been giving me lots of problems. I have to disconnect my battery every time I go anywhere even for five minutes or the battery will be drained by the time I am done. It rained really bad again and now my SUV does not turn on. I have done the spark plugs, new battery, new ignition switch, and had both the starter and alternator check and there both still fine. So what is the problem?

If this car was in a flood then one or more of the modules are shot. Normally insurance companies scrap these vehicles. You will need to do a parasitic draw test to see how many modules are shot prior to even attempting to fix it.
