Pardon if I ask what CPS and CSS are? I've been a Ford dealer tech since 1992 and haven't heard of these acronyms.

Crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor.

No sir, they are variable reluctance sensors, meaning that they generate 0-1 volt signal when the engine is cranking or running only.
