Hello, I can help you, It sounds like it can be a serpentine belt, but if you upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on for sure. Here is a guide to show causes of whirling noises and how to fix them in the meantime.
Thanks for the video, can you open the hood and get an idea of where the noise is coming from? Please upload a video of the origan of the noise, that way we can pin point it. Also, is this car a hybrid? Does the noise change when you put the car in gear? Ken

Not a hybrid, it goes away after 5 minutes of warming up after cold start in the morning!

Wow, that is a good one, to me it sounds like a vacuum leak but it still might be the serpentine belt, can you tell if the noise is coming from the belt area? If you have a spray bottle with water you can spray it onto the belt while the engine is running and if the noise changes replace the belt, thank again for the video.
