Noise from front end left side, it sounds just like the front left tire is on a rumble strip on a road?

I've had a Honda Accord with transmission issue before so I was familiar with torque converter noise and vibration. It almost sounds like a more muted sound of running over a grated part of road to keep you from running off the road. It happens at multiple speeds but really notice a lot at around 35. Took it to the dealer multiple times. They said everything is working as designed, until Sept 16 and they said there is a software update in progress. The transmission fluid is running too hot and is breaking down too quickly. Temporary fix is to drain and fill trans fluid twice. It improved it some but didn't completely fix it. It's 5 months later and the software update is still not ready! Doubt that a software update will fix it anyway.

It sounds like to me the CV axle is worn out but can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? that way I can tell for sure what's going on. Update. I put a used left cv shaft in changed fluid again and no change in noise, attached is the video and notice on video I downshifted and no change in noise. I think it's something in the transmission because it took out the left bearing and ball joint and right side was fine. The guy on software update was that September of 2023. Looking for any other suggestions before i sell it. Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the video, this sounds like the bearing hub has gone bad, I would do both here is a how the job is done. This video shows how to use the bearing press, but you can drop the spindle off at an automotive machine shop and they can do it for you.

Looking for any other suggestions before i give up. So far, I've replaced both, Front strut assembly, Steering Knuckles used, Front Stabilizer links new, left and right axles used and center axle bearing new. Changed CV fluid twice this month with the correct fluid. None of this has improved the noise.

I'm going to hook my Steelman Chassis Ears every place I can think of for a noise. I'm 70 now and this will be my first car I haven't been able to fix since I was 16 except tires and frontend alignments.

I don't see the video. Please allow it to be uploaded completely before submission. It does sound like the transmission is going out. Can I ask if you have a check engine light on? We should run the codes anyway to see if anything is stored.

Never had a check engine light on but will dust off my old scanner and see what it says.

Don't worry about the scanner, it sounds like a bearing hub is bad. I would lift the front of the car and grasp the front wheels and try to move them side to side to see if there is any play, this should tell you if the bearing is bad. Thanks for the video.

Yes, the junkyard gave me a bad knuckle and replaced it with another used one and problem solved. I'll still stick to used OEM parts. This is the first burn, but I've been burned by more new aftermarket parts. Thanks
