No TL,BL,DL, or CL

Upon start up everything was working. Brake lights, Tail lights, Dome Lights, and Cluster lights. Shut the car off and turned it back on but nothing from any of the described devices. Alternator is fine, Replaced bulbs, tested continuity in the wiring going to the rear as well as power. No power. Tested fuses and half are getting power, half are not. Replaced fuses and still nothing. Obviously, it is an older vehicle so anything is possible ( wear especially) but shes in impeccable shape for its age. I am thinking either fuse box or grounding issue SOMEWHERE as my bulbs, in the rear, i found some were blown. I had replaced fuses with new fuses so that isnt an issue. I will post pictures of possible issues i think may be related and if i could get some insight and description of what they are i would appriciate it!
