Cleaned IAT sensor had to move throttle body hose and move coolant reservoir next thing I know car won't start? Please please help I take my grand-babies to school everyday and I can't now.

We need to start with checking for codes. Clearly we need to go back over what you removed and make sure everything is back in place. Just removing it and cleaning should not cause a no start so clearly there is more to this. Hopefully a code will point us in the best direction.

Assuming there are no codes, we need to run through this testing of the IAT.

Let me know if there are codes and we can go down that path first. Thanks
