I would start with a new battery, then check the major fuses in the fuse panel under the hood. Here is a guide to help you fix it and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.
All fuses are good. I dont hear the fuel pump. I switched the fuses and relays same thing. Is the connectors to the pump inside the pump if i wanna check it?

Yep, a bad fuel pump is a common failure, here is the location so you can change it out. You will need to drain the fuel tank and remove it, here is how to drain the fuel, do not try to take the tank out full of fuel, it with be very heavy.
Removed all the fuel, loosened the 4 bolts but not removed yet. Removed harness and one of the fuel line connectors. Only thing left is this one, don't wanna break it, do you know how i can get it off

As long as the safety holds it should be okay. If not you might need to rig something.

So changed the pump and I still couldn't hear it.Checked power and there was none on any of the wires to the pump.Moved relay with another still nothing. When I have my hand on the relay and while installing it I hear and feel the click. I removed it and jumped pins 87 and 30 and I immediately heard the pump come on, but still no crank. Checked ignition spark and there is none. So am guessing the PCM is dead? They die just like that? car was running fine and all of a sudden one day decided to stop starting. Removed the fender well to see if any PCM wires are cut or wet and I found neither. I tried to find PCM relays or fuses under the hood in same box and there was none.

This can be a TIPM issue or the ignition switch, with the key in the crank and run positions check the yellow and pink/white wire coming out of the ignition switch. If they are okay chances are the TIPM has gone out. The PCM closes the trigger side of the relay by grounding it fyi. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
You are saying these 2 wires should have battery power at run and crank?

Yellow should have power in crank only the pink/white wire should have power all the time when the key is on.

Okay, that just leaves the logic inside the TIPM or the PCM is bad, but lets try something, unplug the MAF sensor to se if anything changes. Both will cause the scanner not to communicate. You can send them both in for testing.

ya I cleaned the connectors before I installed the other box, same results unfortunately. As soon as I connected the battery I saw a fuse popped which is for the abs, looked at the old fuse box same thing, but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I still don't hear the pump and don't see the RPM needle move at all. I am guessing the PCM maybe done

Gotcha, I would clear the codes, and then try to start the engine and then see which codes come up.

I can't. The whole thing was about the fact that the scanner is not communicating so I cannot get into any modules
