At first, upon turning the key to on, it would crank just not start. After checking fuel pressure at the bleed valve I determined that fuel wasn't making it past the filter I've replaced that and still no fuel flow, upon the turn of the key. With the tip of my finger I applied pressure to the fuel pump relay to see if it was engaging and it seemed to be functioning. For whatever reason I pulled the relay out anyways but when I put it back and turn the ignition on the fuel pump relay clicks rapidly and the engine won't crank. Not kidding when I say, without my wheels I stand to lose just about everything that truly means something to me. Please advise me with the best of you knowledge. Thank you kindly, K.

Good afternoon,

Can you check the battery voltage to be sure there is sufficient voltage for the engine system to work?

As far as the fuel pump, did you verify power to the pump before replacing the pump?

I attached a wiring diagram for you to check at the relay.

Battery is good, I have only replaced the fuel filter, not the pump.

I would verify power to the pump before assuming it is the pump first.

Check for power to the pump to be sure it is getting a correct signal.
