Oh yeah, security light flashing 2/3 seconds when key is out. When I turn it over it flashes fast on the dash. So what do you think?I put new fuel pump on it. Have gas at fuel rail, but no fire.

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included for you a description of your vehicle's Passive Anti Theft System (PATS). This system requires that your vehicle's ignition key be programmed to the Power-train Control Module (PCM) for your vehicle to start and run. The ignition key can only be programmed to your vehicle at either a locksmith or the dealership. These are your only two choices. All of the troubleshooting in my reference guides requires the use of a Ford factory scan tool and key programmer. If you would like I can get that to you if you would like. Please get back to us with what you choose to do and how things are progressing.
