No spark no fuel, cranks but no start

I have pulled the coil pack to see if the car sparks when I turn it over (yes the spark plug was connected to cp). I have checked fuel pump it gets no power, no engine light. I have hooked a code reader to it and throws no codes. All fuses are good. I have checked crank and cam sensor, they are getting no power. Please help. :)

It sounds like the MFI relay is not working, but to be sure here is a guide to help check the relay and the MFI relay location along with the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
