Had timing belt done in June 22. Mid December the car wouldn't start when cold. Replaced battery drove 100 ish miles. CD player worked the 1st day a new battery was installed. Never worked 3 years owning car radio only and hasn't worked since that day. Ken Towery did an electrical check recommended replacing blower motor and fuse. That's not the problem. Engine cranks check fuel cap light flashes. Fuel pump doesn't prime. Sprayed starter fluid nothing. It does start when it wants to. I believe electrical. Had code low voltage before new battery. Just at a lost I can drive it anywhere when it starts.

This sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor went out. Here is the location so you can replace it to see if it fixes the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Went to pull apart and got crank sensor. Replace. And it's been running since so I ordered a new one. Now that I'm sure that's the problem. I didn't want to keep replacing with new parts until sure. Thanks for the help I've read a lot but couldn't narrow it down and didn't have time to check/diagnosis with work.
