No spark, just cranks?

Changed fuel pumps, crank shaft sensor, checked ignition, changed spark plugs and qualpack checked starter, fuse #10(starter) is pulsing, not sure if normally?

I will need more information to help you. Here is a video to help us get started, we need to see which system is failing, internal engine, fuel delivery or spark for the ignition system.
