Coil packs look good and new. It's not fuel pressure I checked that. It's not compression because the motor was running prior to the swap. I'm not getting spark in any spark plugs. Has gas and everything is connected. The only thing I can think of is that something before the coil packs isn't supplying power for some reason. I did have a bit of confusion with a set of what appear to be two ground wires that are identical and are next to one another on the harness where the intake is, and I attached them together on the intake but probably not where they came from. Also, I sandwiched the crank positioner sensor wire in the intake and head mating area Nd cranked it down. Once I realized it, I repaired the wire by twisting them together and using tape and pulled it in where it belongs before re mounting the intake and then continued to attempt to start her. All of my fuses look good. I don't know if it's a replay, I will swap them with the car I pulled the motor from. Could something before the coils be bad or would that be the ECU?

You will need to repair the wires to the crank sensor with soldier, also check your ground wires to the engine, if one if off the engine will not have spark. I would also swap the EFI relay with the car that was running. here is the location in the diagrams below. This guide can help you test the relay.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
