The reverse gear works only in the morning one time.
once it warmed up about since 4-5 minute after engine started, reverse gear is not engaged.3-4 hours after when the engine cooled down enough, it works one time.

I have read you have answered from somebody else same question, it is because internal seals worn out. What does it mean of internal seal? Is it a valve body seal?

No, it would be the seals and rings internal to the transmission, not the valve body. The fluid warms up and thins out and now it can just push past a hardened or damaged seal on an apply piston or clutch and you lose whatever mode it effects. In your case it is the reverse brake or one of the internal clutches. A fluid and filter change might help but if it's a failed part it may not do anything. In the image it is item 6. More than likely you will need either a rebuild of the transmission or a replacement if the rest of the truck is in good enough shape to warrant that. You might be able to extend the time until that by adding something like Lucas transmission additive but that is your choice.
