No power to left low beam headlight?

High beam works, fuse intact at slot # 25, no power at fuse slot (dedicated to left low beam only). Tried the left headlight on right side and low beam works.

Hi,

If you have no power at fuse 25 in the central junction box, CJB (under the dash), we will need to disconnect the battery and remove CJB. Once it is removed, you will need to inspect the connector and wiring. Fuse 25 gets power from the same source as fuse 31, which is for the right low beam. At some point either in the CJB or the wiring right at it, there is an open to that fuse.

I attached a pic below and highlighted what I am referring to as far as the power supply.
