2007 Ford E-Series Van Headlights

I took my van out this evening and noticed that the dtrl were flickering. When I turned on the headlights there was no more flickering but when I turn the headlights off again Te flickering returns. Non of the other lights or electronics seem to be effected. What could be causing this?

Have it scanned the drl module may be bad also check fuses and relay underhood for that

Also, check the headlight switch, it sounds like the connections could be shorting.
