Finished installing the top motor and tried it several times, all good. I go today and press the button and there is nothing, no power, no blinking. The whole switch has several buttons, DSC, TPMS, and the top buttons, none respond. Removed it and it was not loose and there is no corrosion at the harness. It did that before once and then all of a sudden came back to life. Checked all 4 fuses and all are good.

This sounds like the convertible top control relay is going out which I would try first or the convertible top control module is having a problem. here are the wiring diagrams for the system so you can see how the top works and the components involved. Also, i have included the relay and module location so you can change them out. You might want to do a CAN scan to confirm the issue, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

Thanks. I am not able to communicate with the top module, everything says n-a, but I did before, so a relay is a possibility, I'll start there. But does the relay control all 4 buttons on that console? Cause the TPMS and DSC buttons also don't respond.

I would start by checking for power at the fuses in the wiring diagrams, we might have a main power supply issue.

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

No what I meant is I cannot communicate with anything. I used to be able to via my Autel pro scanner, I can see over 50 functions for the top that I can monitor via the scanner including the fact that the button was pressed, top latch sensor open or closed, etc. Now all of them say N/A because something is not there, it happened few days ago and while I was using the scanner all of them came to life. I just can't put my hand on it as far as where the power stops. Can the relay by the hydraulic pump if bad cause that? It has power in the relay connector. I tried another used console switch for $20 and the same results, still no response from any button even though there is power and ground behind it. But found that TPMS responses but you have to hold it 15 seconds not 10. Turned out it's the same for old switch.

Checked fuses and power again all good, but first set of fuses to the right of the 50-amp ones, top row all shows 2.2 not volts just a 2.2 number using my Probe. Checked them all visually and look fine. All the rest of fuses show battery voltage. Battery is a bit lower than 12 since I have been testing many things. Checked codes now it shows these. I also noticed that my rear lights are on even though the light switch is off. Soon as u start it they come on, and I think these are brake lights if not mistaken. But all go of once car is off, so it's not a stuck brake light switch. Also here is a picture showing nothing is communicating. Hopefully I left something off but it doesn't look like it. The back of the relay has power with probe light. I also tried the motor under the seat in back clicked the button then closed it with the allen key. But I also noticed trunk won't open with button only with key since then. It's a mess. It used to open with the button, I am thinking it's all related.
Sorry I am throwing so many things at you but maybe one of these symptoms will help figure out the issue.

Thanks for the video and images, the low voltage at the fuse panel is not good, those should have 12 volts. I am wondering if we have a bad ignition switch or fuse panel. Let's test voltage into and out of the ignition switch here is the wiring diagrams to help you. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I actually read many people say that about changing ignition switch and that resolved it just didn't know what that had to do with it. Does that mean a new ignition switch and fob?
