No power fully charged battery

Had battery replaced it started just fine, sat for three days went put key in ignition turned it and nothing no power whatsoever. Checked connection to battery seems fine battery charged now steering is locked and key stuck in ignition.

Can you take a voltage reading with a multi-meter across the battery terminals for us? Here is a link for you to go to below, if you are unfamiliar with how to use a multi-meter, if needed:
