I checked the fuses and they are good. What else it could be?

Hello,

This could be a problem with a shared ground which is at the drivers side kick plate. Please check this ground and make sure that is clean, corrosion free, and making good metal to metal contact. This ground is only shared by the radio and the 12 volt outlet so it's a pretty good bet that this is your problem. In the diagrams down below I have included a diagram with the ground location as well as a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on improved 12 volt power outlets for you to go over. Please check out the ground and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
