No left turn signal/brake light

Left side only. Turn signal front and rear not flashing either with turn lever or emergency flasher switch. No rear brake light either. New bulbs. Manual shows location 21 in fuse box under hood but no fuse in 21. Did not show fuse in box under driver seat either.

Solved problem. #7 fuse that protects the BCM5 was weak.

Thank you all so much. I was having the same problem with my 2017 Chevrolet Express (No turn signals, flashers or brake lights on left side). Tried for 4 hours to locate the problem then found this feed from FROSTYBUSY and solved it in 5 minutes.
