No fuel going to the fuel pump

My son tried to do a doughnut in this car, and he said he went out of control and rode the bottom of the vehicle over a very large rock. The fuel tank and oil pan were damaged but not leaking, the car still has power, but it sounds like there is no fuel engagement happening. Can’t find a reset button anywhere and the fuses all seem good still. Is there something I need to reset to get the car to start again?

Hi,

There isn't a reset for the fuel pump. Ford vehicles do have an inertia fuel shut-off switch that can be reset, but your vehicle doesn't.

How badly was the fuel tank damaged? Do all other electrical components seem to be working? Do me a favor. See if it starts using starting fluid and then shuts off. If it does, then we know for sure it is fuel related.

Also, I attached the wiring schematic below of the fuel system. There are two relays that need to be working for the pump to run. I don't see how the relays would have been damaged, but anything is possible.
