There are a few general troubleshooting steps you can try in the meantime:
Check the battery: Ensure that the battery connections are tight and free from corrosion. Verify that the battery itself is in good condition and has sufficient charge. You mentioned replacing the battery in the key fob, but it's also important to check the car's main battery.
Reset the system: Disconnecting the positive terminal of the battery as you did may have reset the system, but it's possible that some modules or components need to be reinitialized. Try leaving the battery disconnected for a longer period (around 30 minutes or so) before reconnecting it. This can sometimes help reset various systems in the vehicle.
Inspect fuses and relays: Check the fuse box and relay box for any blown fuses or faulty relays related to the affected systems. Refer to your vehicle's manual for the exact location and specifications of the fuses and relays.
Check wiring and connections: Inspect the wiring harness and connectors related to the affected systems for any signs of damage, loose connections, or corrosion. Ensure all connections are secure and clean.
