No electrical power to any system. No ign. Pwr. No lights (interior or head lights) nothing.

Battery is charged, power can be found at under hood fuse block.

Thanks, fuses are ok; I think problem might be security system related. I took leads off battery shorted them together and power came back. So I turned key to run position and radio played, but as soon as I went to start position, everything died again and remains dead now.

Security system will only allow you to not start your vehicle not kill all thepower. This sounds more like dirty battery terminal ends or a battery problem. Have it checked for condition including load test. Most places do for free

Battery is fine; managed to reset the system as described above. This time instead of trying to start vehicle, I chose to cycle between Off and Run several times, so antitheft system would not sense theft attempt. Then I let it sit in Off position for 1 min. Started vehicle and all is well.
I am a skeptical person, so I have scheduled the vehicle for a complete physical next week. Thanks for all of the reply's; they actually helped cure my tunnel vision.
