No crank when key is turned on?

I have the car listed above that has no crank at all when turning key, so far I checked the battery cables, the fuses are in good working order the crank fuse has power, when key is turned, the relay has power at pin# 30, the other two pins have power when key is on, the only power I do not have is the ignition pin on crank relay but as soon as remove the negative cable from battery I have power to that pin. The starter purple wires which runs directly to starter has power but there is a fusible link on the starter which goes to the generator. I’m thinking I have short to ground maybe on purple wire or either a burnt out fusible link. Please help and help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
