I'm having a no crank no start problem with my F-150 , at first it would only have trouble starting occasionally and would only start in neutral , it wasn't much of an issue but now the truck has been parked for a month or so and having starting problems.

As of now , I started by first replacing the starter , then the neutral switch that goes directly on the side of the transmission, and after neither of those fixed the no crank condition I replaced the ignition switch .

The only way to get the truck to crank at all is jumping directly at the relay port. But it still won't start possibly due to the PATS system .

I am requesting some diagnostic steps or anything that would help me to resolve this issue . Thank you

The the PATS system wont make it not crank over, to me it sounds like the starter relay needs to be replaced. Here is the location of the relay so you can swap it out and the wiring diagrams of the starter circuit so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Yes I would check the fuses F102 and f103, if they are good here is a guide on how use a test light which can help you find where you are losing power. Also this video can help.

Okay, do the fuses have power to them when the key is in the crank position?

No I meant down at the starer motor. Here is the wiring diagram. You need to check for power when the key is in the crank position.
