The fuse in question has an issue on this circuit. It needs to be traced down to find the failure

Well the fuse isnt blown since it was replaced I'm thinking its an intermittent short to ground to the trans which would explsin the no gear indication and causing the no crank no start, do you have access to a wiring diagram? My other wonder is once the fuse was replaced it started but then died but yet no blown fuse? Does this seem more or an intermittent open/ short to ground to you?

I'm not there at the vehicle I'm helping a friend over the phone, im assuming based off the symptoms its the trans control module fuse. That wiuld explain no crank no start, no gear indication and also I found out there's no scan tool comm. But pins 16 and 4 & 5 are all good so I'm assuming that module lost power but like I said no blown fuse. I'll find out the fuse # for you

Check radiator for contamination. Transmission fluid in cooling system and coolant in transmission. This is why the fuse will continue to blow out. TCM located in valve body, Nissan has a recall for bad transmission cooler in radiator.

Good morning,

Yes, they had that issue back then but that would not cause the car not to start at all.

This is an electrical issue, not a fluid issue.
