No crank no start running after sitting for a year?

Hey guys, have the vehicle listed above that I recently got up and running after sitting for a year. Everything was fine with a little tune up. I got up, drove to the store, forgot some so I started to head back out. I go to start it and nothing. No click has power in fact the power won't turn off even without the key engaged. Also, I believe the little red dot stayed on. After researching what that was, I followed a prompt to pull the fuse that comes out but stays housed and wait five minutes. I did that and the light went off. Still nothing. When I bypass the relay, it cranks but doesn't fully turnover or start. Had to disconnect the battery to turn offf all power. Any advice?

Yep, it sounds like the IPM has gone bad which is common on these cars. You may want to try a CAN scan which could help confirm the issue. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
