Our car listed above is an LS model. There's no clicking, no sounds. Starter was replaced, battery is good, we checked fuses and starter relay. We also replaced the neutral safety switch. What else should we be looking at?

We need to start with measuring voltage at the starter on both wires while trying to crank the engine.

If you don't have 12 volts on the red wire then it will not start. Also the white/pink wire is the control wire.

We can assume the transmission range sensor is not the issue but depending on if we have voltage on the white/pink wire we can go back in the circuit.

I assume the ignition switch is the issue based on what you have done but the way to find out is start testing where we have voltage.

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks
