Have minimum compression in most cylinders (110 to 130psi). So why are cylinders six and eight showing no compression? I have good idle and steady vacuum.

If six and eight are right next to each other a blown head gasket between the two cylinders could be why there is no compression in each cylinder.

I tried the leak down test 0 psi. I used pressure on each cylinder. Is it possible the right bank is weak? I have 0 pressure on 2, 4, 6, 8!

You have zero compression on 2468?
I think you are doing something wrong with these tests. Impossible that you have a good idle or even a running engine with no compression on 2468.
