No communication with ECU or pcm

A week ago I got cut off had to slam on my brakes, car died no check engine light even if I turn the switch to accessory. No fuel fire or injector pulse and my scan tool cannot communicate with the PCM or ECU anyone having these problems? Please help. I have a newborn and no other form of transportation and need help bad. Base model with an automatic transmission.

It sounds like you had a wiring short circuit, please check all fuses and check the connections at the battery here is a guide to help you
