No communication, Scan would not turn on using the OBD port?

Scan would not turn on using the OBD port.

I would like to have a network diagram and power and ground for the OBD port.

I checked thinking a fuse was blown, because I don’t have power on the OBD port.

Hello, check the Aux power outlet Front 1 for anything inside that may have shorted the circuit out, it feeds the OBD 2 data link connector power on pin 16 as well. I will post the diagrams for it also but check the outlet for anything inside.

Here is the data bus wiring diagram, there doesn't seem to be a pinout diagram of the data link connector for this vehicle, but there is only 4 wires to this DLC, pins 4 and 5 are both grounds, pin 16 which is an Orange wire is the power feed, and pin 2 which is a Purple wire is the Class 2 GM LAN network wire, so identifying pin 16 should be pretty easy. Notice the fuse location and label, also the Front power outlet, if that shorted out it will pop the fuse that feeds pin 16 of the DLC.
